"This shop is, without an absolute doubt, the ONLY place you need to take your Toyota. I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with these fine gentlemen on a couple occasions, and both times yielded fantastic results. My most recent experience required my air conditioner to be fixed in my 2007 Prius, and when they first told me how much it would cost, it wouldn't be until months later that I was able to get it serviced. In that span of time, there was no additional costs tacked onto the original one, and they kept my information about what needed to be done on their system so when I was ready, they were good to go. Josh is very friendly and never pushy about what should be done - in fact, I had my car checked out by the Toyota dealership in Round Rock who tried to push getting additional services done to it that I wasn't comfortable paying for, and when I asked Josh from Bearden about it, he said what the dealership was trying to sell was absolutely unnecessary. (It was basically the equivalent of a Jiffy Lube trying to sell new air filters every time an oil change is done - which, of course, doesn't need to happen.)

"I own a 2002 RX300 and have been trying to find a good mechanic in town for the last 3 years. Thank GAWD for Yelp bc I found these guys and will not go anywhere else again for service. They were straight forward, very friendly and eager to help. I originally went in to service a check engine light and they found that I had a number of oil leaks that were going to destroy my vehicle if they weren't tended to. I scheduled an appt that following week to get that repair taken care of and they were ready for me on my arrival.
The repair took almost 6 hours and they shuttled me to a coffeeshop so I could work and they picked me up promptly when it was done. They noticed my key shell was broken and took it into the Lexus dealership to get a new key cut while they were repairing the vehicle. They called to check in and let me know my sparkplugs had never been replaced (120,000 plugs on a 150,000m vehicle) and they charged me to replace the plugs but didn't add additional labor costs since they were already working on the vehicle. It was a major repair for my vehicle and I appreciated their attention to the care of my car as well as my bank account (and emotional well being!). I highly recommend them if you're an owner of Lexus!"

"Bearden Automotive has been servicing my Tacoma for 6+ years and I will not take my truck anywhere else. They have always done an amazing job and I've never had any issues or complaints whatsoever. The work is done right the first time (never had to come back) and they really take pride in their work. I wish more shops operated like Bearden. They always call and explain whatever is wrong and let you know decide what work needs to be done with no pressure. There is never any "upselling" or shady BS. They've even shown me a few things I can do personally to AVOID replacing an expensive part. I've dealt with many dishonest auto-repair shops in the past and I am so glad I found Bearden. Just recently, I came in for a check engine light. They initially thought it might have been a leaky valve in the exhaust (~$250) but later discovered it was just the gas cap (~$25). A dishonest business would have tried to screw me out of that extra money but not Bearden! I really trust these guys and everyone is always extremely kind and professional.
